Description

High quality spacious Half Growhouse made in the UK, this 2x4 model offers a very generous ridge height to give a perfect environment for raising seeds and plants.

Supplied with 2 seed shelves (1 narrow and 1 wide) which can be removed for more versatility.

Strong architectural aluminium frame for rustproof and maintenance free operation, the 3mm Toughened glass panels are easily slid open on front and roof for easy access, the roof panels can also be completely removed for further access and cleaning.

This freestanding unit can be sited directly on soil, onto a hardstanding such as slabs or even onto an optional raised bed.

Available in natural aluminium, or a high-quality powder coated finish in a choice of 6 colours (see photo).

Purpose built accessories available include an end automatic louvre, a mist watering system, roof shading kit and a 36cm high timber raised bed (more accessory details below).

Automatic Louvre Vent

This unit includes the Louvre with an internal automatic arm that will open and close the louvre blades according to temperature.Fits in the left hand side of your unit - perfect for automatic ventilation.

Mist Watering Kit

The Mist Watering kit will gently water your seeds and plants from the top of your cold frame/greenhouse.A new apex plate will be supplied with your unit which has a standard hose attachment, you can then connect your garden hose (standard snap on connector) to mist spray your plants.A hose with commercial grade misting nozzles goes along the top of your unit to cover the entire inside area.

Roof Shading Kit

Shade cover supplied the correct length of your unit, ideal for sunny areas or for growing delicate plants.Made from a tough Polypropylene that can be rolled up or down to suit.Covers the roof and top of the side panel.Cold frames and units with an apex roof will need 2 kits if you wish to cover both sides of your roof.

Raised Wooden Bed

Sustainably sourced tanalised timber raised bed made to exactly fit your unit.As well as reducing your bending, growing in a raised bed can yield faster growing plants due to better drainage and faster warming soil.1ft3"/36cm High.
